The Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) team, a project with the Bali Animal Welfare Association, works with communities in Bali to help to change their attitudes towards dogs. 12月16日に開催した第85回神奈川こどもNICU遠隔講演会の動画です。チーム医療におけるコミニケーションや話し合いを科学している私たちです。それには個人・グループ・組織で共通認識が大切で各人ができることをお話ししました。そのベースになる全国43施設の協働したクラスターランダム化比較試験「周産期医療の質と安全の向上のための研究(INTACT研究)」では、世界保健機関（WHO）が母子保健分野で推奨する「参加型学習行動法（participatory learning and action：PLA）」を応用した医療現場発のボトムアップ型のチーム医療の質向上手法が「超早産児の敗血症や肺出血などの合併症を減少させたエビデンスをBMC Pediatricsで今月公開予定も含めて講演しています。 INTACT研究で学んだPLA手法による医療現場の話し合いから生まれる質向上手法を活用した神奈川こどものチーム医療の実際や課題を講演し、新生児医療を問わず、チーム医療をより良くしたい、ストレスを減らしたい多くの皆様と意見交換できればと考えて講演した内容です。#神奈川県立こども医療センター #QI #医療安全
