Morning breakfast routine with month old twin boys 👦🏼👦🏼 Although it’s been much more difficult recently, this is my typical morning routine. I usually wake up around 4am to feed the boys so I can get to the gym around 530am. Most days I feel like a complete zombie, but still manage to drag myself out of bed to workout.
