PGA (Pin Grid Array) - The processor has pins on it and the socket has holes to receive the pins. This is preferred by AMD processors. It is easy to manifacture, more durable than the CPU but the pins are easier to bend and you need to pay more attention; 2. LGA (Land Grid Array) - The socket has pins a
