The easiest and most delicious chicken tortilla soup. This soup is in my top five favorite recipes of all time, and it’s SO easy and doesn’t require a lot of ingredients. -To a large pot add: 3-4 large chicken breast 1 large jar of salsa (any will work) 4 cups chicken broth 1 Tbs salt 1 packet of taco seasoning -Let this simmer on medium heat for at least 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked and tender. I’ve let this simmer for as long as 2 hours and it makes the chicken incredibly tender.
