Nutrition-maxxed Congee 🥣 🍄‍🟫 Congee is almost always made with plain white rice, so I wanted to see what would happen if I swapped in @lundbergfarms Wild Blend instead. Swapping it in was a bit of a risk as the blend has five varieties of rice, and I wasn’t sure if they’d break down properly for that classic congee texture.
