Yesterday (12/09/2019), I received my new Uberti 1851 Navy .36 caliber revolver from Dixie Gun Works for the price of $295.00 plus $16.95 shipping.

Pietta's line are all built on the same base 1851 frame. Whether .36 or 44, the lock works are all the same, with parts that interchange with some minor fitting. I like Pietta Cap Gun.

The major differences between the 1851 and the 1860/61 is that the 51s have octagon barrels while the 60 and 61 have round barrels.
