The ice maker was not working so I just put on a new d7824706q ice maker. It has been on for 8 hours and is not making ice. The arms are not moving an water is not filling into the trays.

Open the freezer door, close the flipper on the left side and watch the status LED on the right side. If the LED stays "on" then the ice maker is the culprit.
