NQJ pass rate rises again as 86 journalists become seniors
18 hours ago · The pass rate for the National Qualification in Journalism has risen for the second successive year with two thirds of those who sat the exam becoming seniors.. The annual Examiners’ Report from the NCTJ revealed that 129 candidates sat the exam during 2023-24 with 86 passing – 48 of them with distinction.

May 13, 2022 · A comedy series set in local newsrooms is to be launched after two comedians undertook work experience at a weekly newspaper. Sky has commissioned the new series – to be called Hold The Front Page – which will star Nish Kumar and Josh Widdicombe.. It comes after a successful pilot was produced last year, in which the comedians wrote a series of articles for the West Sussex Gazette.
