Jul 28, 2021 · Moonlight is currently the absolute best method to stream a desktop setup, and being to stream all 3 monitors side by side by side would work great with the xreal nebula software. I currently use Moonlight via the beam and via Samsung dex.

See, to activate moonlight full potential, you could give users option to have keyboard buttons as buttons on screen similar as you're mimicking controller buttons. When I was playing, i felt there are less keys present. if i had extra buttons i would have keybinded it with reload, prone or any other action of keyboard.

Aug 10, 2021 · This is what i want. I have my gaming pc set up with sunshine and tailscale. On every device if i want to play outside my home i need to have Tailscale(same with zerotier and netbird) as well as moonlight installed.

Feb 17, 2021 · Moonlight shows locked machines as unavailable. Maybe this is intentional as their is no on screen keyboard, but users could still enter their password using a bluetooth keyboard or even an the android remote app if they're on an android device.

Aug 8, 2023 · What I think would be a great addition to moonlight, while also removing the need to setup a separate client/host (steamlink or virtualhere) would be a "controller mode". The way I see it working: Start the game you want to play on whatever screen/device like usual(Chromecast, Shield TV, etc).

Aug 21, 2024 · I'm not seeing a gyro setting in the iOS app for Moonlight. I connected an Xbox One controller, but the only settings related to controller that I see are "On-Screen Controls" and "Multi-Controller Mode", nothing about using the phone as a gyro controller.
