Life threatening flash floods are forecast to remain a threat as storms continued across central Texas throughout Monday evening. It’s the latest in a series of extreme weather events that have killed at least 104 people in the region since late last week.

For days before catastrophic floods left parts of Central Texas inundated, the National Weather Service was tracking the chance of rain.
