Russian drones on Monday intentionally attacked an oil depot belonging to Azerbaijani state oil company SOCAR in Ukraine's southern Odesa region for the second time in two weeks, Ukrainian officials said.

Russians struck the SOCAR oil depot in the Odesa region with Shahed drones on the night of August 18. This is the second Russian attack in the last 2 weeks, according to Azerbaijani media outlets Minval and Apa.

Following Russian strikes on the Azerbaijani company SOCAR's oil depot in Odesa Oblast and a gas compressor station, Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order to allocate US$2 million to the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine to provide humanitarian aid.
