Minecraft fans will be able to experience blocky terrains in real life as the bestselling video game of all time is getting made into theme park form.

Microsoft has entered a deal with UK-based theme park operator Merlin Entertainments to open Minecraft-themed attractions, hotel rooms, and stores in the UK and US. As reported by The Guardian, Merlin will invest more than $110 million in the first two attractions, which are expected to open in the UK and US in 2026 and 2027.

Merlin Entertainments has announced Adventures Made Real, a global strategic partnership with Mojang Studios, the creator of Minecraft, the best-selling video game of all time. The collaboration will bring Minecraft adventures to life in the real world through immersive and interactive attractions in fixed locations around the globe.
