Protests were held across the country to mark the five-year anniversary of John Lewis's death and protest policies of the Trump Administration.

Sarasota was one of 50 cities in Florida with over 400 hundred people in attendance protesting the Trump administration under the name "Good Trouble Lives On."

“Get in good trouble, necessary trouble, and redeem the soul of America,” Lewis said in 2020 while commemorating the 1965 voting rights marches from Selma to Montgomery, Alabama.

“We think that the administration is not doing its job, so we would like to bring clarity to our fellow voters,” said Linda Kero in Mount Dora.
