Robert MacIntyre has backed his sporting idol Andy Murray to achieve his ambition of becoming a scratch golfer “in no time”. Murray has swapped his racket for a set of clubs since his retirement from tennis, the two-time Wimbledon champion even changing his profile description on X to “I played tennis. I now play golf”.
