Milan designers have wrapped up six days of runway womenswear previews with a gala award ceremony at Milan’s famed Teatro alla Scala to honor innovations in sustainability.

Celebrities swarmed Milan Fashion Week on the last big day of runway shows on Saturday, sending crowds of adoring fans from venue to venue. Madonna sat in a front-row seat at Dolce & Gabbana, along with Naomi Campbell and Victoria De Angelis of Maneskin.

Fashion Week keeps going, after celeb-packed front rows in New York and London. Now, stars and models are hitting the Italian fashion capital of Milan to see shows from brands including Fendi, Alberta Ferretti and Boss (and enjoy the local cuisine while they're in town!).
