An Adams County hospital on Wednesday is operating under enhanced security measures. WellSpan spokesman Ryan Coyle confirmed the measures were put in place around 9:30 a.m. at WellSpan Gettysburg Hospital due to a potential security threat. Movement in and out of the facility is being limited, according to WellSpan.
