Google searches and blood evidence are the latest tools being used in the manhunt for a former active duty soldier accused of murdering his own children.

Travis Decker was apparently already planning something at least a week before he allegedly killed his three little girls — Googling “how to relocate to Canada’’ and “jobs Canada,’’ according to new court papers.

Authorities say they believe they spotted Travis Decker, an ex-soldier wanted in the deaths of his three daughters, in the remote backcountry of Washington state, after receiving a tip from hikers who said they saw a lone person who appeared to be ill-prepared for the conditions.
