Video obtained by FOX 5 NY shows a 90-year-old Brooklyn man struck and killed by a moped while crossing the street in the Homecrest section of Brooklyn on Tuesday morning.

"That's not right, that's not fair" one resident said explaining that they themselves have seen the trash in the street blocking spots. FOX 5 NY's Richard Giacovis has the details.
