Services to Norwich from London are being disrupted after a fire broke out next to the tracks near Chelmsford in Essex.

North Walsham Road in Westwick, near Swanton Abbott, is blocked by the fallen tree. According to traffic sensors there are delays in the area. A photo shows the tree is completely blocking the road.
