Shondaland president/COO Megha Tolia is exiting after three years in the top role, the shingle announced Tuesday. As part of the executive shift, chief innovation and design officer Sandie Bailey and chief marketing officer Chris DiIorio will now share the role of co-president.

Shonda Rhimes’ media company Shondaland has promoted Sandie Bailey and Chris DiIorio to co-presidents. The pair will take on their new duties following the December departure of Megha Tolia, who has been president and COO of Shondaland for the past three years. Tolia is stepping down to spend more time with her family.
