Pittsburgh Pirates ace Paul Skenes is putting together a Cy Young-worthy season everywhere but in the win-loss column

Skenes last pitched on Tuesday against the Milwaukee Brewers in one of his poorest starts of the year, lasting just four innings while giving up four earned runs in the Pirates’ 14-0 loss. Granted, the Brewers swept the Pirates as part of their 14-game losing streak that was just broken on Sunday against the Cincinnati Reds.

The Pirates didn't announce a starting pitcher for the series finale on Aug. 20, with rookie right-handed starting pitcher Mike Burrows recently pitching after Keller and last pitching on Aug. 15 against the Chicago Cubs in the series opener at Wrigley Field.
