The Sixers, who are off to a nightmarish 2-12 start this year, are teetering on the verge of a lost season in the wake of Paul George's latest knee injury.

The injury bug continues to plague the 76ers this season as Paul George could miss time again. On Wednesday, Nov. 20, Philadelphia saw its new big three of George, Joel Embiid and Tyrese Maxey share the floor for the first time.

This is the same injury George suffered in the preseason and it caused him to miss the first five games of the regular season. The Sixers will once again be relying on other pieces to step up and produce without George on the floor.
