Jan 14 (Reuters) - Warner Bros Discovery has appointed Anthony Noto, CEO of fintech giant SoFi, and Joey Levin, the outgoing chief executive of IAC, to its board, the company said on Tuesday.

Joey Levin, the CEO of IAC, will be transitioning to the role of advisor to the company upon the completion of the spin-off.

Warner Bros. Discovery announced that Anthony Noto, CEO of financial services company SoFi, and Joey Levin, who just stepped down as CEO of Barry Diller's IAC, have been appointed to its board.
