Elon Musk announced in a late-night X post that he intends to launch a “kid-friendly” version of his artificial intelligence chatbot, Grok, which he has dubbed “Baby Grok.”

In a tweet, Musk said the kid-friendly version of its Grok AI chatbot is designed to provide safe and educational content for children. The announcement follows criticism of Grok's more adult offerings, including an AI avatar named Ani that was reported to engage in flirtatious dialogue and suggestive actions, even with 'Kids Mode' enabled.

The artificial intelligence chatbot, which has a dedicated account on X, praised Hitler after fielding a query about a user’s comments on the Texas flood.
