The Allentown Fire Department worked for five hours to get a blaze under control late Sunday night. Fire officials said two people suffered non-life-threatening injuries, including a firefighter.

ALLENTOWN, Pennsylvania (WPVI) -- At least three houses were destroyed after a multi-alarm fire in Allentown on Monday morning. The fire broke out around midnight in the unit block of S. Jefferson Street in Lehigh County. When crews arrived, flames were showing from multiple homes after spreading to neighboring houses.

Allentown firefighters received a call around midnight for a house fire on South Jefferson Street. They rushed to the back of the home and found the fire had already spread to adjoining row homes.
