Seattle Seahawks starting quarterback Geno Smith put forth one of the better performances of his career in Sunday's 23-20 Week 2 overtime victory over the New England Patriots. Smith completed 33-of-44 passing attempts for 327 yards and one touchdown.

Seattle's star wide receiver DK Metcalf has taken note of the disrespect for Smith, who can seem to do no better than earn an "underrated" QB label from most analysts. DK had a message for them as he spoke with beat reporters before yesterday's practice. Metcalf is tired of hearing the underrated label for Smith, who has long-since outplayed it.

Geno Smith has been a bargain for the Seahawks over the years, and his play since replacing Russell Wilson means, as receiver DK Metcalf insists, he's no longer underrated.
