Nike and the NBA have agreed on a 12-year contract extension that will keep the company as the league’s exclusive uniform and apparel provider, along with the WNBA and the G League, the company told The Athletic. The NBA and Nike finalized the deal this summer.

Nike will continue to design and manufacture NBA, WNBA and G League uniforms and on-court apparel through 2037.

The Athletic reports that Nike and the NBA have agreed on a 12-year contract extension to keep Nike as "the league’s exclusive uniform and apparel provider, along with the WNBA and the G League."

The extension comes at a critical time. The company earlier this month withdrew its full-year guidance and postponed its first investor day in seven years.
