Swiggy's Rs 11,327-crore initial public offering was completely subscribed on the last day of the share sale on Friday, totalling 3.59 times subscription.

Swiggy's IPO share allotment is expected to be finalized later on Saturday. Shares will be allocated through a lottery system under the supervision of the registrar. On the allotment date, investors will learn the number of shares assigned to them relative to their bids.

The IPO saw an oversubscription of 2.63 times on the final day of bidding, with total bids reaching 22.78 crore shares against the 8.66 crore shares available.
