Shane Hall was arrested last year and charged with the murder of 37-year-old Frank Williams. On August 16, 2008, Williams walked to the Kennedy Park area of Portland where a fight took place between Williams and a group of men.
Snow is causing treacherous travel conditions across Maine on Wednesday. A car crash took down some wires in South Portland during a snowstorm on Wednesday morning. The crash happened on Broadway at Lincoln Street. Police say Broadway is closed from Cash Corner to Lincoln St. Wires are down in the roadway.
