New Delhi: Rajya Sabha proceedings were adjourned for the day on Monday without transacting any business, as opposition parties raised several issues, including the need for special assistance to flood-hit Wayanad district in Kerala, bribery allegations against the Adani group, and violence in Uttar Pradesh's Sambhal district and Manipur.
