It’s a shame that so many fans are dissatisfied with how the show ended. Sadly, the Stranger Things ending was not a fluke. As the Duffer Brothers told Variety on New Year’s Day, they simply chose to leave parts of the final episode vague so that fans who sunk deep into theories over the years could decide what was true or not for themselves.
