Unanswered questions remain about a fatal shooting at a Madison, Wisconsin, private school Monday as new details emerge about the upbringing of the teenage girl who allegedly opened fire.

The shooting was reported at Abundant Life Christian School, 4901 E. Buckeye Rd. Barnes said the shooting took place in a classroom during a study hall that included students from various grades. The shooting was reported just before 11 a.m., according to Madison police.

There have been at least 202 incidents of gunfire on school grounds this year, resulting in 56 deaths and 147 injuries, not counting Monday's incident.
