Microsoft had conceptualized a handful of features for the Windows 10 Start menu that sadly never shipped, including a unique MixView UI that would make pinning new tiles to the Start menu easier.

If you cannot Tile your wallpaper across a screen or multiple screens as the Tile option is not working for Wallpapers, do this to fix the issue.
