MINNEAPOLIS —  Eleven recent cases of E. coli in Minnesota have been linked to burgers eaten at Red Cow and Hen House.The Minnesota Department of Health says they've identified 10 cases in people who had eaten burgers at Red Cow restaurants in Hennepin,

ST. PAUL, Minn. - E. coli infections have been linked to burgers eaten at a restaurant chain with locations in Olmsted. Hennepin, and Ramsey counties.

The health department says that 10 people have contracted E. Coli and 2 were hospitalized after eating burgers at Twin Cities restaurants.
