Last year’s Full Gear offered something similar. We saw the bloody, gruesome beginning of the Hangman Page/Swerve Strickland saga which kickstarted Swerve’s run at the top of the card. It also saw the start of “Timeless” Toni Storm’s lengthy run with the Women’s title.

AEW World Champion Jon Moxley says AEW might have gotten things out of order with their expansion. AEW recently scored a major win, as the EW signed a multi-year rights deal with Warner Brothers Discovery in October.
