Mattel is being sued after dolls which the toy company created for the new movie "Wicked" were released in packaging that included the website for a pornographic website.

Dolls of characters in the hit movie went to store shelves with an error that send customers to an adult film site, prompting a South Carolina mom to file suit against the toy maker.

Now, a South Carolina mother is suing Mattel — the company responsible for the dolls — over "emotional distress," new court documents show. She filed a proposed class-action lawsuit in federal court in Los Angeles on Dec. 3.
