Fox News has won its second defamation ruling in as many days after a federal judge in Delaware on Wednesday dismissed a former Trump supporter’s claim that ex-host Tucker Carlson acted with “actual malice” when he said he was a government provocateur during the Jan. 6 insurrection.

A January 6 protestor has lost his defamation case against Fox News. James Ray Epps had claimed that he was besieged by right-wing haters after Fox News guests suggested he was part of a government plot to discredit the January 6 protestors.

Ray Epps had argued that he was falsely accused of being a federal informant who played a role in fomenting the riot.
