Police in South Portland have arrested and charged a man accused of shooting and seriously injuring his stepbrother Tuesday night. Responding officers found the 30-year-old victim near 616 Westbrook St.

Officers responded to reports of a shooting at 616 Westbrook Street in the Redbank neighborhood around 4 p.m. Tuesday. When they arrived, they found a 30-year-old man who had been shot in the leg.
