Sumy region. On the night of November 18, Moscow launched an attack on a dormitory at an educational institution in the border city of Hlukhiv, killing 12 people, including a family and a child, and wounding 11 others. This attack was the third in three days, in which more than 10 people have died.

Rescuers in Ukraine are searching for survivors of a deadly Russian drone strike. At least two are dead and many more hurt in the attack.
