Kolkata: Judge Anirban Das of Sealdah session court on Saturday had pronounced RG rape and murder prime accused Sanjoy Roy as ‘guilty’ of the incident. Roy’s punishment will be announced on Monday. While pleading innocence, Roy in the court said that he is being ‘framed’.
