Two companies have cut ties with Conor McGregor after a civil court jury in Ireland ruled that he must pay a woman who accused him of raping her more than $250,000.

The decision, made by the whiskey brand owner, Proximo Spirits, comes just days after the fighter was found liable in an Irish court for the sexual assault of a woman in 2018.

The Hitman developers at IO Interactive have announced that the franchise will no longer be working with Irish mixed martial artist Conor McGregor in the wake of a sexual assault ruling. Previously, McGregor's voice and likeness had been part of a DLC package for Hitman 3.
