TV personality Chrissy Teigen is getting into podcasts by launching a new wellness-themed audio series on Audible. The model-turned-cookbook author will host Self-Conscious with Chrissy Teigen, to roll out weekly from Jan.

The model and cookbook author welcomes author Mel Robbins to join the inaugural episode of her podcast, where she hopes to give people a break from “negative self-talk”
