The New York Jets landed their potential franchise quarterback in free agency this offseason when they signed Justin Fields away from the Pittsburgh Steelers. N

The New York Jets are entering 2025 with a different look both in terms of the decision makers off the field, as well as the decision maker on the field. New general manager Darren Mougey and new head coach Aaron Glenn brought Justin Fields in to play quarterback, inking the former Ohio State standout to a two-year, $40 million contract.

Moraitis isn't the first, and certainly won't be the last to suggest the Jets will draft a quarterback this season. Fields has had an up-and-down NFL career, and despite a strong start to last season, he was benched for Russell Wilson once Wilson returned from injury.
