I was there for less than 90 minutes. I don't know the answer to when the renovation will be completed although when I was there, I did not see much construction. THe main hall is done. How long you spend there is really dependent on how many videos you want to watch. That is the problem. In the main hall, you can look up all sorts of videos on each person. After a few people, it gets a little boring. A lot of fluff. The exhibits themselves I thought were a little boring. Very little about the history of the game and historical aspect. What is missing are the exciting things about basketball. You can only watch so many dunks. What is missing is a video of game winning shots and things like that. I think the Baseball Hall of Fame is so much better.
We are coming in our motor home pulling a vehicle and want to know if there is adequate room in parking lot to maneuver and park? If not where would the nearest place to park be found?

The parking lot is rather large and was much more empty than not on a Thursday in mid June. It’s right off the freeway as well. I’m confident that you will not have a problem.
