Yes it took us 20 min's to the strip, there are plenty of bars and restaurants along the strip the buses are every 20 min's if you don't feel like walking. It's a nice walk and very flat Los Pocillos is a nice quite place with plenty of bars and places to eat but is a bit more costly then the strip. Hope this helps and that you have a lovely trip.
