This was a neat spot with a good view of the city and lots of local food/souvenir stalls. You can go up into the statue, I assume for a fee. We were staired out. I had less fun personally because I …Full review by JDellish

Hi, We took an Uber up, that was straight forward - getting back was the problem. We dined at the restaurant and used their wifi to get an Uber, We initially tried to arrange a taxi via the restaurant, however the taxis services know it is a tourist destination and charge extortionate fares for the return journey. For me it wasn't poor cell service, I needed wifi to avoid international call rates on my cell service provider. Never the less - well worth the visit.
Do they have fixed hours to go to the top of the Statue? Or is it allowed 24 hours? I am planning to go to El Panecillo in the evening time and want to be able to climb to the top of the Statue as well.
A:
Definitely not 24 hrs. To be honest the view from the base of the statue is worthwhile.
