WEBAug 22, 2012 · if your trading in the 3ds for the 3ds xl you get 100 bucks credit, otherwise its 50. Downside is you cant transfer your info if you do that trade in. Gamestop lets you bring the XL home, do the transfer, then return with the old 3DS and you get your $100.
