I haven't had a single issue so far, except for the first time setup. There are occasionally firmware releases, try to stay as up to date as possible.

All buttons are fine except the garbage scroll wheel that's too soft and heavy and skips scrolls or doesn't even register any when I scroll too fast. For example, the "for mac version" is the same mouse without the receiver, and costs the same as the version with the receiver. It's the silliest thing, I hope it's not Logitech testing out selling their mice without the receiver.
