Problem- At first my headset was working fine, i could hear people talk, they could hear me talk, and of course with the a40's i had amazing game audio. But for the past 3 weeks every time i turn on my xbox to play, i will be able to hear people talk, but they wont hear me.

I have done a couple things to try and find the microphone, but it does not show up anywhere, as if the headphones don't have a microphone at all. I've tried looking in the Recording tab of Sound on the volume mixer (I clicked on Show Disabled/Disconnected devices).

WEBApr 23, 2020 · wait for a bit, reattach battery, then USB, then adapter, then mic cable to adapter. Everything should now be default. Then set audio levels for the headset (make sure loudness is maxed). Turn down the audio on your mic, then turn UP the audio on the adapter. Then press mic audio on the headset, and you should be all good.
